| WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? |
STANDARD SHIPPING
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New York City, to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.
RUSH DELIVERY- 2nd BUSINESS DAY
We can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm PST Monday through Thursday arrive in 3 business days;
orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive on Wednesday.)
We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier,
and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

| HOW CAN I ESTIMATE THE ARRIVAL DATE? |
| Oversize items may take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment, such as our White Glove Delivery.
Perishable products are often shipped directly from our supplier and should arrive within one week. Other items sent from the supplier may take several weeks for delivery.
If a special delivery condition applies to an item, you'll find detailed information on that item's product information page as well as in your shopping bag once the item is added.

Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each delivery address, as follows:

| MATTRESS AND BOXSPRINGS DELIVERY |
3 DAY delivery in NY Metro Area and San Francisco.
2 to 3 week delivery everywhere else in continental US
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery to Canada and Hawaii.
Set up and removal may not be available in some areas of Canada.
Please contact a mattress specialist at 1-800-537-8434 to obtain a quote for shipping outside the continental U.S.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and all duties and taxes. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

| DOWN AND DOWN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS |
| Due to UPS charging an oversize shipping rate on down products there is a
special shipping charge for pillows, featherbeds, duvets and body pillows.
Pillow orders are charged $10 for the first pillow and $7 for each additional pillow.
Featherbed orders are charged $25 per featherbed. Duvet orders are charged $23 per duvet. Body pillows are charged $8 per body pillow. |
| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |
To ship orders outside of the USA the following rates apply:
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. All taxes, duties and fees are in addition to the international shipping charge and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This shipping chart does not apply to the delivery of the W Beds. Please see below.

RETURN POLICY |

Should you be less than happy with your purchase, please return it to
W HOTELS THE STORE for a full refund (less shipping fees) in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, fragrances, or sale items.
Please send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Promotional offers and discounts can not be combined. Only one discount can be applied to any one order. Promotional offers are only valid for the dates advertised and can not be applied to orders submitted before the promotion began.

Promotions which offer free shipping are only applicable to orders being
shipped within the continental US. All orders being shipped internationally
